Summary: Always get the Guide Book with the game. 2009-11-01
Comment: This is a kick rear game. The AI is annoying good and even with help with another AI allies you never home free. The what makes this game a little confusing the added Allied player that helps you. They tend to get in the way sometime. This game you need that extra help, you can't get through this by yourself. I tend to always get the guide book with a good game. Some like the unknown and play as you go. I like to know where I am going and how to go about it. I have little time and don't want to speand hours figuring out things. I been stuck on the last level of the Japnaese Camp. What make it hard they time limit it and you can't get through. This happen a couple of times in the game. Lucky the book told me how to avoid things. The download only new expansion pack, You could only get it at EA web site, there no box version. Add a little more. Sorry there no guide for this. You have to find one at a C&C hobbies website. Like I did for the othe C&C 3 Kanes Wrath for C&C 3 Tiberium Wars. I like that this game fully install on the Computer and you don't need the duisc to play it. That helps alot. I hate DRM on any game. This one has one.

Comment: This book is designed to get you through the single player campaign and it does it fairly well.
Red alert 3 is very dynamic and the game is not 100% scripted so things can vary from fight to fight but i feel this guide gave me enough of an insight into the single player maps to get a head stasrt against the Computer.
In terms of multiplayer tips, they lay down the basics but it is entirely up to you to source out tips from other players and experiment yourself to be king of the hill.
Only draw back would be the colour scheme of the book, its very red. otherwise it was a good buy.
